The Climate Is Changing. So Are We.
We’re mobilizing youth to confront the climate-health crisis with innovation, courage, and community impact.
Who We Are
The Climate & Health Youth Network is a movement led by and for young people driving action at the intersection of climate change and health. Founded in 2024, we are committed to placing youth at the centre of meaningful, community-driven solutions.
We partner with organizations and communities to equip youth with the knowledge, tools, and platforms to lead change. Through education, research, advocacy, and collaboration, we empower young changemakers to shape innovative, locally rooted approaches that protect both people and planet.
Together, we amplify youth voices, foster resilience, and create inclusive pathways for meaningful engagement. We are ensuring that young leaders are at the forefront of building a healthier, more sustainable future

Mira Martha Mwale: From Silence to Leadership
“I can’t wait to start having my periods,” said Mira Martha Mwale, a pupil who broke the silence many girls in her community face. Through our Youth Leading Change for a Greener, Healthier Tomorrow initiative, she learned about menstrual hygiene and its link to climate and health. Mira became a peer educator, challenging stigma and inspiring others. Her journey shows how informed young people can turn fear into leadership and help build stronger, healthier communities.
