The Climate & Health Youth Network is a movement led by and for young people driving action at the intersection of climate change and health. Founded in 2024, we are committed to placing youth at the centre of meaningful, community-driven solutions.
We partner with organizations and communities to equip youth with the knowledge, tools, and platforms to lead change. Through education, research, advocacy, and collaboration, we empower young changemakers to shape innovative, locally rooted approaches that protect both people and planet.
Together, we amplify youth voices, foster resilience, and create inclusive pathways for meaningful engagement. We are ensuring that young leaders are at the forefront of building a healthier, more sustainable future

CHYN was founded with a vision, to break the silence on how climate change threatens the health and futures of young people. What began as a grassroots idea has become a vibrant network of young leaders driving lasting change in Zambia and across Africa. Through every campaign, training, and partnership, we stay true to one goal: making sure young people aren’t just included, they are leading the way.
